We need a flexible and non-judgemental person to join our team, to work with individuals who will be affected by the changes to Local Housing Allowance (LHA) and Single Room Rent restrictions (SRR)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Other: Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential

This is initially a 12 month contract with Cadwyn Housing Association to broker shared accommodation tenancies between single people and landlords in Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan and the Valleys in conjunction with the House Share Wales website. The role is part of a Wales-wide scheme as a result of DWP Transition Funding. We are looking for applicants with experience of working with landlords, tenants and local authorities.

We are looking for a very enthusiastic and motivated individual who can successfully engage with a wide range of people and has the capacity to be creative in a team setting to deliver a wide range of housing regeneration outcomes and projects.
