E-Learning has many advantages to traditional classroom based training, as it does not rely on you being able to attend courses to participate. Staff and organisations that are short of time can study in a secure web based learning environment where they access their learning materials wherever they may be, whether that's at home, at work or out and about with a laptop and a mobile connection!
