Cymorth Cymru’s overall aim is to help members be as effective as possible – clearly, the training and development of a skilled workforce is central to this.
We are involved in a number of initiatives and partnerships aimed at raising professional standards and building capacity. Our work with members suggests that often the best way forward - both in terms of cost and appropriateness - is the design of courses to meet the specific needs of organisations and staff. Our current titles should therefore be taken as indicators of the types of courses on offer, but we will always work with the client to design or tailor any training requested to meet individual needs.
If you are interested in any of the course titles, or if you have identified a training need that is not listed, please contact Siân Wilton on 029 2055 3687 or email sianwilton@cymorthcymru.org.uk who will be able to discuss your specific training requirements further. Cymorth Cymru is committed to offering quality tailor-made training at an affordable cost with discounts for member organisations.
If you are interested in developing courses for Cymorth Cymru, in becoming one of our freelance trainers or sitting on our steering group, please contact sianwilton@cymorthcymru.org.uk
