We help thousands of people each year by offering free, confidential and independent advice and campaigning to overcome the root causes of the housing emergency.

We are now looking to recruit for the following position to join our team.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within our Housing Services team in South Wales for a Team Leader.  The post holder will have direct line management responsibility for all Housing Law Caseworkers who are delivering face-to-face housing advice services to the Cardiff, Vale and Valleys region.  

During the current period of uncertainty around Covid-19, the team are temporarily working remotely, however following any general return to office working the post will be based at our Cardiff office.

The postholder will lead and develop the organisations thinking around how Shelter Cymru involves people in all aspects of its work and will form an organisational point of expertise on best practice in working with people with lived experience, managing our successful Take Notice people involvement project.

During the current period of uncertainty around Covid-19, the team are temporarily working remotely, however following any general return to office working the post will be based at one of our offices in Wales.
