As a Resettlement & Outreach Officer, you’ll work within the Communities providing, on behalf of NWH; a specialist, progressive and professional customer focussed service to street homeless people, rough sleepers and clients in temporary accommodation.
This post will be a Surveyor with specialist knowledge and experience of property components and technology best suited to reduce carbon emissions in the home. They will be supporting the Association to meet Welsh Government targets of net-zero carbon emissions in our properties. This is a new post and may evolve in line with Welsh Government targets and Association Strategy development.

You’ll work in two sites in Cardigan and north Pembrokeshire. With your customer focused approach and genuine desire to help people you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and other customers - you will be responsible for making our customers feel welcome and providing excellent customer services. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is a requirement (We will pay for this).
