All the posts available are working within our supported housing section for vulnerable adults with mental health problems in the Swansea area. You will be a keyworker to a number of the service users living within the scheme you will be working in and will be working shifts as per the allocated scheme. It is essential that you have some experience of working with adults with mental health problems.
