We are looking to recruit someone with the right experience and values into an exciting position within our Care & Support business as an Assistant Director of Support.
We are a Group of companies providing housing, care and support that makes a real difference to people’s lives. We operate along a continuum of support providing Accommodation Based services, Floating Support, Housing First, Prison services and Domestic Violence services. We have many years of experience supporting people with substance misuse issues, offending behaviour, childhood trauma, mental and physical ill health and behavioural difficulties. We provide care and support services across South, West and Mid Wales, being the largest provider of support services in Wales, supporting in excess of 9000 people every day. We are known for our innovation and high quality and we want build on this further in the future.
What you’ll do
We are looking for someone who can provide strong and effective strategic and operational leadership across our Pobl Support services, to develop sector leading, high quality services with a reputation for excellence. You will use your initiative and considered judgement to run your area of the business in the most effective way, to sustain and grow our portfolio. Our values are very important to us and run through everything that we do. We have created a psychologically informed culture within our services and they are designed and delivered in a way that takes into account the emotional and psychological needs of the individuals we work with. With this in mind you will lead and support a motivated team of people who want to make a difference to peoples lives, delivering a high standard of support to vulnerable people. The role covers a large geographical area with multiple dispersed teams and stakeholders.

The interviews will be over two stages and will consist of a customer panel, face to face panel with the Director, Presentation with our Business Partners, and a Psychometric Test.
