X is a female between the ages of 40yrs-50yrs. She was referred to Mind the end of November last year. X is fairly isolated with limited social networks. X suffers with mental health issues and is wheelchair bound due to her mobility issues. X is also alcohol dependent.
Client B is a 19 year old female who was referred to Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent Mind by Marie at Torfaen Volunteer Alliance (TVA) at the end of January 2016. B presented herself to TVA after an argument with her father meant she was not able to return to the family home.
B received support from Torfaen Mind and is now living independently and bidding on Homeseeker for a new property that will not be supported accommodation as she now feels ready to live without support.
