Following today's call between the UK, Welsh, Scottish and NI Governments, and a meeting of the Welsh Government Cabinet, the First Minister has announced that:

The Welsh Government has published guidance about what rules are in place to protect people at Alert Level 4. The whole of Wales will enter Alert Level 4 at midnight tonight.
The Welsh Government has published guidance about leaving your home and seeing other people under Alert Level 4.
