Person A entered the care system following the death of her mother when she was 9. Her father started to care for the family but due to his alcohol problem social services became involved and Person A was the taken away from the family and put in foster placement. Person A was moved from family to family due to issues like bullying. When she reached 18 years old she had to move on and that's when she was placed into Gwalia's Cam Nesaf.

X is a female between the ages of 40yrs-50yrs. She was referred to Mind the end of November last year. X is fairly isolated with limited social networks. X suffers with mental health issues and is wheelchair bound due to her mobility issues. X is also alcohol dependent.

Cadwyn Housing Association

Nightingale House is a 26 bedroom homeless hostel for families, run by Cadwyn Housing Association. 

Rebecca* was referred to Nightingale House as a result of being evicted from another hostel in Cardiff. Prior to this Rebecca spent the past few years staying in hostels and being street homeless.
