On initial presentation, PERSON A was a 19 year old male who was at the time of referral to the service residing with both biological parents in the town of Holyhead, Anglesey. PERSON A was referred to the service initially as a result of a breakdown in relationship between himself and his parents.

An established charity with projects across Wales, Llamau has been working for over 26 years, to offer support, help, accommodation and housing advice to homeless and vulnerable young people and women in Wales. Llamau's Family Mediation Service won the Homelessness Prevention category at the 2015 Promoting Independence Awards.
Tŷ Golau in the centre of Rhyl is managed by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association and provides accommodation for single homeless men and women who are over 18. Tŷ Golau offers 4-6 beds of emergency access accommodation, 4 longer stay hostel beds and Housing First support to clients in their own homes.
Tracey* was referred to Tŷ Golau when she was made homeless after being evicted from her flat in Rhyl.
Nightingale House is a 26 bedroom homeless hostel for families, run by Cadwyn Housing Association.
Rebecca* was referred to Nightingale House as a result of being evicted from another hostel in Cardiff. Prior to this Rebecca spent the past few years staying in hostels and being street homeless.
