We are delighted to announce our upcoming Psychologically Informed Environments conference. Following feedback from our members in the north, we are really pleased to be holding this event in Wrexham!

We can reveal our first few speakers, who have generously agreed to share their wisdom and expertise with us:

  • Expert by Experience: We are over the moon to be joined by Freya, who will share her experiences and use her exceptional communication skills to reflect on the impact of trauma on children and young people, how this can be exacerbated by dysfunctional systems, and the positive impact of truly person-centred, trauma-informed services.
  • Commissioning for PIE: As Wales continues its PIE journey, we are delighted to announce that Victoria Aseervatham from Westminster City Council will be sharing her expertise and experience of collaborating and commissioning for psychologically informed environments.
  • ACE Hub Wales: At the heart of Wales’ work on trauma over the last decade, the ACE Hub Wales has been pivotal in the development of trauma-informed services and policy. As the Hub reaches this important milestone, we’re really pleased to welcome Programme Director, Dr. Joanne Hopkins who will outline what is next for the Hub and ask for your views.
  • Plus more to be announced!

Proud of your work on PIE?
